Find the friction point
Put on the shoe and walk a few steps. Notice where the rubbing starts — heel, toe box, or side. That's where the pad goes.

Peel and press
Peel the backing off the pad and press it firmly onto the inside of the shoe at that spot. Hold for 10 seconds. Done.

Walk for weeks
The pad stays in place through repeated wearing. Replace it only when the texture wears smooth — usually after several weeks of regular use.
